2026 Modernized Pre-Trip with 3D CAD
Learn the AAMVA walkaround with interactive 3D Class A truck diagrams and verbatim "Examiner Magic Script" recitations — so you don't freeze at the vehicle.
Covers the 2026 AAMVA modernized inspection
Built for people who actually drive. Spaced-repetition study that targets your weak spots, the exact examiner recitation scripts, and side-by-side Spanish and Punjabi support — with pricing you can read in one screen.
iOS and Android — launching soon. The quick check runs right here in your browser, no account needed.
Most prep apps recycle a question list from years ago and bill you every week. TruckerPass is built from the current federal regulations and the modernized inspection format.
Learn the AAMVA walkaround with interactive 3D Class A truck diagrams and verbatim "Examiner Magic Script" recitations — so you don't freeze at the vehicle.
10 conversational officer inspection scenarios under 49 CFR § 391.11 with pronunciation audio and subtitles — preventing Out-of-Service (OOS) language violations.
Eyes-free question and Pre-Trip recitation drills with customizable thinking pauses (2s/4s/6s) to study comfortably in your sleeper berth during rest breaks.
FSRS and SM-2 scheduling surfaces the things you keep getting wrong — air-brake leak rates, weight formulas, hazard classes — right before you'd forget them.
Every question and inspection item carries a Spanish and Punjabi explanation next to the English. Federal rules require the official test in English — so you learn both at once.
The whole bank of 985 questions, rationales and diagrams live on device with zero personal data tracking. Study at a rural truck stop or anywhere with no bars.
No "100% pass guarantee" with fine print. You get one honest number built from coverage, accuracy and timed mock results — and a plain answer about whether it's enough yet.
Three options, all listed on this page. No weekly plan, no silent renewal. If you take the monthly plan we remind you before the trial ends.
Readiness
Front steering tires need at least how much tread?
Pre-Trip script
"Examiner, the steering box is securely mounted, not cracked, and not leaking."
One screen tells you whether you're actually ready, what's still weak, and what to do next — instead of a vague progress bar.
Coverage, accuracy and timed mock results, combined into a single explainable score.
It tells you it's air-brake thresholds, not just "keep practising".
50 questions, 60 minutes, deadline-based timer that survives a phone lock.
Examiner wording
Missing a single step in the in-cab air-brake test is an automatic failure. TruckerPass drills the exact sequence until it's automatic:
"Examiner, I am inspecting my steering box and hoses. The steering box is securely mounted to the frame with no missing bolts. It is not cracked and not leaking fluid. The power steering hoses have no cuts, abrasions or fluid leaks, and the clamps are tight."

Each state runs its own supplement on top of the federal minimum. Start with yours.
Chapter 14 Special Requirements, DPS passing rules, vehicle dimension limits and emergency equipment.
DMV commercial handbook, the MCSA-5876 medical certificate requirement, 55 mph towing limit and grade-descent rules.
FLHSMV passing thresholds, ELDT requirements and wet-pavement braking emphasis.
DOL commercial testing, Snoqualmie and Stevens pass chain laws, and Punjabi/English study aids.
Plain answers. If something here is wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.
The FMCSA minimum is 80%. On a standard 50-question test that means at least 40 correct. Some states add their own supplement — Texas, for example, also runs a 20-question Chapter 14 Special Requirements test, also at 80%.
AAMVA reorganized the walkaround into standardized component clusters and put more weight on vehicle safety systems than on rote memorization. You're expected to recite specific physical condition criteria — for example "securely mounted, not cracked, bent or broken, no audible air leaks".
Because we can't honestly make one. Most "pass guarantee or your money back" offers carry conditions — certified fail notices within a short window, completing the whole bank twice — that almost nobody meets. We'd rather give you one objective readiness score and a straight answer about whether you're ready.
Yes. Every question and inspection item carries a Spanish and Punjabi explanation beside the English. Federal English Language Proficiency rules require the official knowledge test to be taken in English, so the app deliberately teaches the exact English technical terms alongside your language rather than replacing them.
Yes, fully. The question bank, rationales and inspection diagrams are stored on your device. No screen needs a network connection to study.
No. TruckerPass is an independent study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the FMCSA, the US DOT, AAMVA, or any state DMV, DPS or DOL. Our content is aligned with published federal regulations and state commercial handbooks, but official tests are set by your state.
